Park Inn by Radisson Dammam

The courteous staff (female ,i think her name was Sabah),she accomodated us early ahead of our check in time.Tuni in the pantry who served us delicious waffles and was always asking what else we need.Bahar the room service attendant who provided us with crib for my baby right away although it was peak season. The location was facing the bay and not in a crowded location.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I found to be very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and available around the clock. There's even a restaurant on-site, which was handy for lunch and dinner. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view during breakfast. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and perfect for getting some work done. Best of all, the internet connection was lightning-fast. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

It would be hard to tell anything bad. I would say in this price category it was my best experience. Hotels used to ask for 2x money for this quality, so that is great that Park Inn concentrates more on customer satisfaction and letting accessible quality vs just profit oriented for themselves. The room was perfect, big, everything in it. I foind nothing as missing. The lights at the bed were fun, first time that I saw such in a hotel, maybe just a bit similar, in Korea. I tried the dinner meals too, both the soup and the pizza were fantastic, including the service. They are funny too, so food mood is guaranteed. :)

All good.. May be that the buffet dinner price can be seggregated between vegetarians and non vegetarians... Being a vegetarian, I don't think 75 SAR per meal could be justified with the vegetarian spread... Apart from that, all was good, cheers.

the breakfast was amazing, cooked very well. the lobby is nice and calm. the rooms are very good especially with the beautiful view. the staff were very helpful and kind, always in time for all our needs. amazing receptionists as well
